Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3, 1950) is an acclaimed American actor. In the 1980s, she gained a cult following for her appearances on various TV shows. The actress was famous for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild was first noticed in the role of Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow in the CBS daytime soap from 1973 to 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas, where she played Jenna Wade as the very first actor in primetime and then moved to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. She co-starred with ABC on the soap Paper Dolls in 1984. She also played Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild appeared on stage and also appeared as a guest in television comedy series like Murphy Brown. (For which she was a Primetime Emmy Award nominee for the best Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. She also serves as a SAG-AFTRA Board member.
